We made a pit stop at Nonni and Granddaddy's first to try to break up the trip a little. We got to see our pal Annie. We loved being with Penny at Grandma and Pops house too, except we kept calling her a cat!
We went to the beach and played in the sand and got our toes wet but the water was cold! We loved building cakes in the sand, drawing with sticks, and burying our toes. We also loved strolling up and down the beach to see who we could meet. One day when we were there, we met three other sets of twins, all different ages!
We went to the pool too. That water was a lot warmer so we got to go swimming with our "wings". We loved to float, to go up and down the steps and to try to put our face in the water (and take huge gulps).
We went to downtown Bluffton and got to go to a playground with swings and slides and a big grassy field for blowing bubbles. Then we went out to lunch so Daddy could have his favorite shrimp. We stuffed our face with PB&J. Riley really liked coloring on her placemat with Grandma.
We went to an aquarium and saw lots of fish and turtles and our favorite, a "nahnah" (aka known as a shark...get it? Nah nah nah nah nah nah JAWS!)
We got to have lots of delicious treats while we were there...ice cream, spaghetti, and mango were some of our new favorites. We ate like little piggies from all the exercise and fresh air we got.
| GG feeding me my ice cream. She couldn't shovel it in fast enough. |

| Mommy always talks about how good Grandma's spaghetti is. I'd have to say I agree! |
