It's hard to believe that we were born six weeks ago. Even harder to believe we would have still had 4-6 more weeks of growing inside Mommy if we hadn't decided to make a surprise early appearance. Time flies when you're learning to breathe, grow, eat and poop in the outside world!
In the last six weeks, we have learned to breathe on our own, to suck on a pacifier, to maintain our body temperature, to take bits of our feedings by mouth, and drink from a bottle. All of these things are still works in progress, but we have developed so much! And through all this work, we even managed to gain over two pounds a piece.
We are taking the night off to celebrate our progress! Thanks for watching us grow!
